to Previous PageAfter graduation from both high school and leaving SKIP in 1988, Carlo attended Marquette University in Milwaukee, WI where he received a BS in Business Administration with an emphasis in Marketing. In 1993, he returned to Guam where he continued his dancing career with the Pacific Islands Club Guam and performed nightly as an entertainer with the jazz and polynesian shows. Between 1994 and the present, he has taken part in several business ventures including Chef Express and PaintSavers; two businesses that have been phased out while he is currently focusing his efforts on VIP Rewards. At present, he is the General Manager and part-owner of VIP Rewards, a consumer rewards and merchant retention program for Guam with over 20,000 members and one hundred plus participating merchants. A person can visit them at http://www.viprewards.net. In addition, he still actively dances in the polynesian shows at Pacific Islands Club Guam several nights a week. On August 29, 1998 Carlo married Joleen A. Certeza. They are presently living in their home in Yona with their two children, Kyle and Tessa.
